This Indenture made the thirteenth day of November in the year of our lord one thousand and seven hundred & eighty six Between Jane Corry of Mahoning township county of Northumberland and state of Pennsylvania, Widow of the one part And Peter Blue of the said township & County aforesaid Yeoman of the other part, Witneſseth, that the said Jane Corry for and in considedration of the sum of one hundred and twenty pounds specie to her in hand well and truly paid, by the said Peter Blue, before the ensealing & delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof she doth hereby acknowledge and of & from every part and parcel thereof doth acquit & forever discharge the said Peter Blue his heirs and aſsigns, Hath granted, bargained & sold, and by these presents, doth grant Bargain and sell alien release, convey & Confirm unto the said Peter Blue his heirs and aſsigns, All that certain tract or piece or parcel of land, which in purfuance of Warrant dated the 29th day of September 1785. From the land office of said state, for one hundred & fifty acres of land, in her the said Jane Corrys name, and for her use, was Surveyed the ninth day of October 1785. Beginning at a Corner pine tree of Frederick Mause's land. Thence south eighty eight & a half degrees, West one hundred and fifty two perches to a dead pine stading in the line of George Caldwells land, Thence north one & a half degrees west, one hundred and seventy perches to a corner marked hickory, Thence north eighty eight and a half degrees east one hundred and fifty two perches to a Corner marked white Oak, Thence south one and an half degrees east one hundred and seventy perches to the place of Beginning containing one hundred & fifty two acres & sixty perches of land and the ususal allowance of six acres prCent, be the same more or leſs. Together with all and Singular the buildings improvements, Woods, Ways, Waters, Watercourses rights liberties priviledges and appurtenances whatsoever there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining with the rents iſsues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right title interest property claim and demand in law or equity, of her the said Jean Corry her heirs or aſsigns, of, into, or out of the said described tract of land and premises. To have and to hold the said described tract of one hundred and fifty two acres and sixty perches of land & allowance with the appurtenances unto the said Peter Blue his heirs and aſsigns, To the only proper use and behoof of the said Peter Blue his heirs and aſsigns forever. And further the said Jane Corry for herself her heirs and aſsigns, doth covenant promise and grant to and with the said Peter Blue his heirs and aſsigns. That the said described tract of one hundred and fifty two acres & sixty perches of land with the appurtenances unto the said Peter Blue his heirs and aſsigns, against her the said Jane Corry, and against her heirs and against all other persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to Claim by from or under her them or any of them Shall and will. Warrant & forever defend by these presents, In witneſs where of the said parties to these presents have here unto interchangedably set their hands & Seals this day & year first above written.
