• James Babcock, born in about 1641, died in 1698 in Westerly, Rhode Island. He married Jane Brown.

• Job Babcock, born in about 1646, died in 1718 in Westerly, Rhode Island. He married Jane Crandall.

• Mary Babcock, born in about 1648, died in 1747 in Westerly, Rhode Island. She married William Champlin.

        He appears in Portsmouth, RI in 1642, is Commisioner 1656-1659.
        He moves to Westerly, RI ~1664. In 1670 he gave testimony. In
        the testimony he gave his age as 56 years, and those of his sons
        James and John as 29 and 26, respectively.
