William Brewster and Mary Wentworth

William Brewster, the son of William Brewster and his wife Prudence, was born in about 1566 in Scrooby, Nottinghamshire. He immigrated on Saturday, 16 December 1620 o.s. to Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony. He died at the age of about 78 on Sunday, 10 April 1644 in Duxbury, New Plymouth Colony.

William Brewster married Mary Wentworth (name uncertain).

Mary Wentworth (name uncertain) was born in about 1568. She immigrated on Saturday, 16 December 1620 o.s. to Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony. She died at the age of about 59 on Tuesday, 17 April 1627 o.s..

Their children were:

• Love Brewster, born in about 1595, immigrated on Saturday, 16 December 1620 o.s. to Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony, died in 1650. He married Sarah Collier on Thursday, 15 May 1634 o.s..

• Wrestling Brewster, immigrated on Saturday, 16 December 1620 o.s. to Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony.

• Fear Brewster, born in about 1605, immigrated in 1623 to Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony, died on Friday, 12 December 1634 o.s. in Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony. She married Isaac Allerton before 22 May 1627 o.s..

• Patience Brewster, born in about 1600, immigrated in 1623 to Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony, died in 1634. She married Thomas Prence on Thursday, 5 August 1624 o.s..

• Jonathan Brewster, born on Sunday, 12 August 1593 o.s. in Scrooby, Nottinghamshire, immigrated in November 1621 to Plymouth, New Plymouth Colony. He married Lucretia Oldham on Saturday, 10 April 1624 o.s..

• Mr. Brewster, died on Saturday, 20 June 1609 in Leyden, Holland. He never married.

According to "Yarmouth Genealogies", the passenger list of the Ann (1623)
included a Fear Brewster and Patience Brewster.  "Yarmouth Genealogies", the
newspaper series says that Wrestling died as a young man. Fear and Isaac m.
1626 or 22 May 1627.

I have no record of where the surname Wentworth comes from for Brewster's wife
Mary. Most Brewster genealogies list her surname as unknown.
