AHD lists Jonathan as marrying the Mary Griswold b. 26 Aug 1656, dau of Francis
Griswold and Mary Tracy. If Mary Tracy is Johnathan's older sister, this would
mean he was marrying his own 16 year old niece, when he was 31 years old. It is
more likely that he married the Mary Griswold born in 1650, dau of Micall and
Ann (Adams?) Griswold. She would have been 22 years old and not blood kin, but
means that Mary had her last child at 47, rather than 41. We have no primary
source yet for Mary Tracy being either Johnathan's sister or Francis's wife.
All sources to date list Francis as Mary's father.

"Ancient Houses of Norwich":

Lt. Jonathan 2nd m. 1711 Mary Richards (she d. 1723)
Mary Griswold d. 1711
Mary (Richards) Tracy 2nd m. Eleazer Jewett in 1717.

Genealogies and Biographies of Ancient Windsor [CT]:

Mary (Griswold) Tracy 2nd. m. Eleazer Jewett on 3 Sep 1717, and she d. 18 Sep

According to a Preston town historian, Jonathan was the first tavern owner in
Preston. (See Preston Review)

Stonington VR:
Jonathan Tracy & Anne Palmer were married 19th day of February 1723/4 by
DanĠĠ Palmer, Justice of the Peace.
